THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute junk. It's so bad, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The construction is shoddy, and the features are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something functional instead. Save
